Location great - view great
Well... There was a really really loud rave till 6pm rattling the windows, there was no air conditioning and when the windows were open loads of mosquitos came in and bit us as they hose the streets down every night attracting mosquitos obviously. So apart from zero sleep, boiling without the air con or even a fan... Er.. The view was fantastic!... Extremely rare parking available outside... Unless you top up the car every 2 hours 9am-9pm - but that was only €1.20 for 2 hours.

The staff were kind and attentive, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything was kept in pristine condition. The location is perfect for those wanting a quieter vibe in the old town, close to various shops and cafes. Unfortunately, breakfast options were somewhat limited, which could be improved.

Real good experience, great place for a long weekend. Best possible location for our visit to a city beach a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Found in a cute area👍

The views from the balcony were fine, especially with the sunrise over the harbor. The added bonus of a fridge in the room meant I could keep my drinks cool, which came in handy.
The shower curtain was less than ideal, leading to water pooling on the bathroom floor. Plug sockets were scarce, limiting the ability to charge multiple devices at once. The bathroom felt outdated and had a bit of grime in the corners. Finding the hotel was tricky due to a lack of clear signage, which resulted in a taxi drop-off a few doors away.

Staff helpful, good location, cheap, fantastic views
No air con or electric fans to hire, 37 degrees one day, sun still shining in room at 6pm, too hot to get ready

would come back for sure
Room was clean and had air conditioning, tv, and a mini fridge. Daily towel changes were great. View from the balcony was fabulous. The public bath was a nice touch for relaxation. Just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. Very quiet street view.

location being next to beach/harbour with excellent sea views.
No air condition, very hot which made for difficult sleeping and very dated with room furniture which needed upgrading. Due to its location i had a excellent view over the harbour, however the hotel is adjacent to street which during high season has stalls and childrens rides which dont shut down till about 2am. Advise bringing ear plugs if you request a sea view room, had to grab a few hrs sleep on the beach due to lack of sleep during the night. Not suitable for families, only solo travallers or couples.

Had a fantastic group vacation! The location was perfect for mountain biking and sailing. The staff was super friendly, and our room really was excellent. We also loved the nearby cafes. They had great tea options.
Just a heads up, noise from the street could be an issue at night, especially on weekends. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, but keep it in mind if you're sensitive to sounds when trying to sleep.

Good Price, Good reception, clean rooms and in the heart of the old town. Excellent value for money.
Little bit too far (5 mins taxi ride / 7 Euro) from Lavente beach night clubs were the busy tourist night life is.

Of the hotel basically nothing, but location
Although the hotel is old fashioned in means of decor, location is excellent, but this does not justify that mattresses are in very bad shaped and you do not rest well, also the rooms were badly cleaned, the toilet was too basic. I would have return to the hotel if at least this things were in order, but I will never try just in case a get another bad night.
